Leighton and Associates is proud to play a key role in some of the most interesting projects in California. Today's Spotlight shines on Mission Trails Industrial Park
Primary tenants to date include Kaiser Foundation Healthplan which has leased 44,587 square feet of space for medical records storage; the San Diego Union-Tribune occupying 20,096 square feet for a regional distribution center; and Superior Products, a supplier of restaurant supplies and equipment, in 10,248 square feet.
The landowner, Asset Management commended Leighton's efforts in going the extra mile and for efforts beyond the call of duty over a year-and-a-half of operation. The commendation further credited Leighton personnel for their service and timeliness which paved the way for selecting their site over competing sites, and for reversing City concerns via our timely presentation, which facilitated the close of escrow with Trammel Crow.
